Japanese Meiji gold bronze and silver inlaid miniature chest, of connoisseur quality, a single door to three drawers stepped in size, the fronts of which show various birds in shaped panels, the top with three dragons in a swirling sea, the side panels with pavilions in landscape, one with a distant Fuji, the door with birds in a nest and a pavilion verso, the rear panel with a peacock, the whole decorated with flowers, signed Komal. Height 11.5 cm
