A Chinese carved giltwood set of figures of Buddha and Bodhisattvas, Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) or Republic period (1912-1949), comprising a standing Buddha and two standing Bodhisattvas carved from wood with a gilt and red lacquer finish, each housed in a later glass case. The Buddha figure 33 cm high, 11 cm wide. With case 51 cm high, 21 cm wide, condition: a few minor losses to the gilded finish and a few minor losses to the Buddha's hair whorls.
