A Qingbai ewer and cover, Song Dynasty (960-1279) the body is potted with eight vertical lobes that rise to incised horizontal bands at the base of the trumpet neck, above a straight ring foot. It is applied with a strap handle attached on top with a small loop. The cover is decorated with a lingzhi shaped handle. It is covered overall with a transparent pale aqua glaze. 23.5 cm high.
