Maurice Schlesinger (Australia, 1938 -), Noumea, New Caledonia. Fly there by Qantas, Australia's Round-the-world Airline, c1970 colour screenprint, 101.5 x 77.5 cm. Linen-backed. Schlesinger created several posters for Qantas in the 1960s and '70s, the 'Noumea' poster is rarely seen. He was born in Egypt and arrived in Australia, in 1952 as a teenager.
