(Royal Field Artillery), two lidded, one with presentation engraving, together with two open dishes with liners. Provenance: Presented to Major Joseph Oxley English (1857-1936) on his retirement c.1919. J O English was our vendor's wife's great-grand-father. His wife inherited the dishes on the death of his wife, Florence, in 1953.
