A long table-top size slab of timborana wood, the hardwood flitch/slab with polished top and natural shaped sides displaying dark reddish-brown tone and strong grain, unpolished saw marks evident to underside, length 3780, width 850 approx., thickness 5.5 cm. It is noted that 'Timborana's fine grain makes it highly desirable for furniture designers. Timborana is also a hard and durable wood with a Janka hardness rating of 1570'.
