A large silver metal figure of Guan Yu, an important General from Han dynasty, China, 20th century, very fine casting, the face well deliniated, the robes billowing & belt carefully tied in the middle, a dragon on the front & rear of chain link armour, holding a halberd, height 50 cm. Provenance: The Barry Smith Collection. Other Notes: The novel 'Romance of the three Kingdoms' is based on this great Chinese Warrier.
