A Victorian sterling silver Harlequin Tea And Coffee Service Comprising a coffee pot, sugar bowl and creamer probably of maker's mark William Smily, London 1862 and 1863, and a teapot probably of maker's mark Samuel Smily, London 1866, each of octagonal baluster form with engraved foliate decoration, the teapot and coffee pot each flanked by an angular leaf capped handle with ivory fillets, surmounted by a domed cover and flower and leaf finial, raised on scroll feet, 2296 grs total weight, the coffee pot 24.5 cm high.
