A fine Georgian sterling silver swing handled bread basket, 1778 London, with maker's marks RM, of oval and everted form and raised on a foot rim with a wide pierced frieze elegantly decorated with paterae, festoons and beaded edges, the handle similar, a dolphin crest to the centre, hallmarked to lower body, silver weight 585gr height 8 cm. Length 31.5 cm. Width 26.5 cm
