A three part Victorian sterling silver and glass butter dish, 1872 London, with maker's marks for Richards & brown (Edward Charles brown), with a flaring beaded saucer with bright cut ivy leaf borders, the domed lid with cow finial and similarly embellished, a frosted glass ovoid bowl with vertical incisions; hallmarked to lid and base, silver weight 307gr.
