The convertible, pierced, oval front section set with a central blue sapphire of estimated weight 2.44 carats, four old brilliant cut diamonds of estimated total weight 1.40 carats and seed pearls and rose cut diamonds. The graduated and articulated bracelet with rose cut diamond and seed pearl set links. 15ct yellow gold. Weight 46.75 grams. Length 17 cm. Width 3 cm
