A French silver suite of an oval meat plate and a pair of second-course dishes, all with thread and shell rims and engraved cypher by Boin-Taburet, Paris, circa 1900, silversmith's mark of Henri freres & Cie, 45 x 31 cm and 33 cm diameter, 3,340 grams, The partnership of George Boin and Emile Taburet, 3 Rue Pasquier, Paris was formed in the 1880s, and was considered to re-introduce the Louis XV style to the Parisian market. They were awarded one of the principle awards at the 1889 International Exhibition
