A fine heavy gauge sterling silver presentation salver, 1866 London, with maker's marks for Charles Boyton (II), an engraved salver with a pie crust rim and rococo revival cast border presented to Mr Thomas Trinder by the Worcestershire Agricultural Society 1867 for success in numerous categories including rams, theaves (yearling ewe), Shropshire ewes and hops; hallmarked underside.
