The signed lock plates, trigger guard and butt plate engraved en suite with dogs and game birds and further with acanthus scrolls, which also decorate the breech, trigger plate and fore-end finials; half-stock with chequered fore-end and grip an inlaid gold vacant shield cartouche forward of the grip, brass tipped ramrod. Rebrowned In lined and fitted mahogany case with accessories (some later) including shot- and powder-flasks, two-piece rod with cleaning tips.
