Signed and engraved flat lock decorated with acanthus scrolls and small bird behind the similarly engraved cock and gold-lined rainproof pan, with an engraved sunburst to the lock tail, roller frizzen, finely figured half-stock with chequered grip. Steel mounts comprising scroll trigger-guard and butt-plate decorated with foliate engraving, trigger-plate with pineapple finial, brass tipped ramrod: in lined and fitted mahogany case with some accessories including copper powder flask, leather bandolier-type shot flask, ebony two-piece rod with cleaning tips.
