Description:
Album of 36 mounted photographic prints with printed titles, 1900 by Star Photo Co., Sydney. The subjects are mainly Sydney and suburbs but include Hawkesbury, Blue Mountains and Jenolan Caves. The title-page is hand lettered and decorated: 'To Miss Vickery from Dr & Mrs W.W. J. O'Reilly. With hearty good wishes. Elouera Pymble 13 th November 1900'. The Star Photo Co. operated from 1898-1928 and its owner William Livermore probably took these photographs. Walter William Joseph O'Reilly was a physician. His son, Walter Cresswell would marry Ethel Jane Vickery in 1909.
