Description:
A fine antique sapphire and diamond suite, comprising a brooch and pair of earrings, the crescent brooch featuring five floral clusters each centrally set with a cushion cut sapphire of either Kashmir or Ceylon origin surrounded by rose cut diamonds, with further diamond detail throughout, the earrings of conforming design, mounted in silver and gold. Condition: suite presents in excellent condition. Sapphires and diamonds are well matched, having screw fittings which are later to the earrings and a hook fitting to the brooch so it can be worn as a pendant.
