A gold and gem-set collar, the omega collar overlaid with scrolling ribbons set with round brilliant cut white diamonds and yellow sapphires, mounted in 18ct gold. Condition: Continental hallmark on clasp, signed Lf to the reverse of the ribbon. Total weight 62.1gms. Stones are well matched and secure in their settings.
