Description:
An Edwardian opal and diamond pendant necklace, featuring a pierced panel set with two graduated oval solid black opals cut en cabochon, offset by nine rose cut diamonds, suspended from a fine trace chain, all mounted in gold, total length 425 mm. Condition: piece presents in very good condition. Opals are well matched and display flashes of red and orange. Diamonds are hand cut and of varying quality, colour H-J, clarity Si-P. Drop pendant is mounted in 15ct gold - acid tested and chain is in 9ct gold - acid tested.
