Four Mongolian Drawings on paper, together with one large thangka painting of the deity Begtse, [5], depicting wrathful deities, 19/20th century, miniature thangka paintings are used for personal spiritual practices when travelling. They are often kept in a bronze or wood Gua, a type of locket that houses the painting. It is then worn around the neck for devotional practices & protection when travelling.
