Two Chinese woodblock-print albums of paintings by Qi Baishi, and a painted album of Guilin, the catalogues published by Rongbao Zhai, probably in 1958 and 1961, 31.5 cm x 42 cm x 3.8 cm, 29.5 cm x 38.7 cm x 4.2 cm, 20 cm x 31 cm x 2.5 cm (3). Provenance: NSW private collection, acquired in Yue Hwa in Hong Kong in the 1970s, the original paintings of the flowers and Insects album was painted in 1942. An outstanding example of Qi Baishi's album paintings, it was auctioned for more than RMB90 million in 2009, a record price for the artist. The album is featured in many major publications of Qi Baishi. In 1958, the Rongbaozhai Studio created a woodblock album based on the work
