A pair of Victorian boat shaped sterling silver dishes, 1897 Sheffield, with maker's marks for James Dixon & Sons, the ornately pierced and embossed dishes of elongated quatrefoil design with undulating dipped rims with crimped edges and raised curled ends, with compartments of floral designs interspersed with quatrefoil piercings; crisply hallmarked underside, silver weight 210gr. Height 5.5 cm. Length 17.5 cm. Width 9 cm.
