A fine pair of Victorian apostle spoons, 1888 London, with maker's marks for John Aldwinckle & Thomas Slater, the elegant spoons with shallow gilt washed circular bowls, with slender shaped stems with bright cut designs to cast upper sections surmounted by identical figural finials; crisply hallmarked underside and housed in a puce velvet and silk Wendt of Adelaide presentation box, silver weight 92gr length 18.5 cm.
