A Georgian sterling silver teapot, 1813/14 London, with rubbed marks, possibly Solomon Hougham, of compressed, rectangular slightly boat shaped form typical of the period with a tiered dome collar and lid, decorated with concentric basket weave and navette borders and rib and waist motifs, having an insulated shaped high set handle and raised on ball feet; rubbed marks near handle, total weight 522gr. Height 16 cm. Width 26.5 cm.
