Jane Brenkley carved and painted Maori decorated pedestal table, the oval top with Maori figures and whare in a treed landscape, a seated dog included, geometric carved Maori edge, the pedestal has a double-sided Maori stylised figure on a stepped platform base, the top signed and dated 1947, some paint loss. 50 cm x 33 cm x 59 cm Provenance: By family descent. Gifted by Jane Brenkley (nee Hopkins) to her brother, our vendor's grandfather.
