A German silver table centerpiece, circa 1890, the upper section of lobed form, with pierced ovoid panels depicting Bacchic cherubs at play amongst flowers and foliage, supported on a pierced trellis waisted pedestal terminating in an ovoid foot, bearing German marks for post 1884 and stamped '800', 1040 gms, 31.5 cm high, 28 cm wide, 24 cm deep
