A French ormolu and bronze annular dial table clock, mid 19th century, of fluted urn form, flanked by female terms, surmounted by an acorn finial resting on acanthus, the laurel wreath applied frieze with ovoid aperture revealing the silvered chapter ring showing the hours and the quarters, the time indicated by a bronze snake, resting on a tapering socle supported on a square base with ovolo appliques, on acanthus collared bun feet, with a single train platform escapement movement, 30.5 cm high, 12 cm wide, 12 cm deep
