An early/mid-20th century French bureau plat, the traditional multiple serpentine top with cut brass and white metal fancy inlay to the central section, centred with a queen in a carriage drawn by two lions, ornate scrolling floral framing, strung banded border with ormolu edge, single serpentine frieze drawer, all-over stringing and ormolu including stylised figured mounts to the serpentine legs. 150 cm x 89 cm x 78 cm
