A late 19th century/early 20th century Chinese Ju wood chest on chest, Northern Province, the top cabinet with two panelled doors opening to reveal a single lower drawer, the base with two panelled short drawers above two panelled doors, scrolling frieze below, dark patina to the brass fittings including doors with knob handles, shaped back plates and dropped tabs, swing handles to the drawers and sides of the top section, large traditional locks to the cupboard.
