A fine silver plate tea or coffee service, 19th century, with marks, Pb & P Co, probably the Porter Britannia & plate Co, comprising a large hot water jug, pot, covered sucrier and a slops bowl, of tapering ovoid form, the pedestal pots with shaped upper sections and pointed domes, and elongated foliate spouts and 'C' form handles, engine turned with engraved floral cartouches, and studded borders, the bowl and sucrier conforming; all marked underside. Height 34 cm and smaller.
