A French ormolu and marble cased salon clock. Maker: possibly Hartingue, Paris. Circular, white porcelain dial under bevelled glass with fancy hands surmounted by a classical maiden and a winged cherub with a dove perched between, on a white marble lozenge shaped base with beaded gilt rim and a continuous frieze, with pendulum and bell, D. George (working 1890's). Height 33 cm. Width 34 cm
