A Swedish naval Cutlass, mid 19th century, with maker's mark of G E Svalling of Rosenfors, with a shaped timber handle with an impressed tulip mark and a numerical brass plaque or rack number, a curved bulbous guard and the long shaped blade with maker's stamp to the base; housed in a metal trimmed leather scabbard.
