A fine Chinese bronze Hu and cover, Han Dynasty, with two taotie mounts with loose-ring handles, the body, neck and flaring foot decorated with bands of taotie masks and other archaic curvilinear motifs, the cover with three bird knop finials, 22.5 cm high.
