A finely carved Tibetan ivory Dorjevajra 'Thunderbolt', the delicate ritual implement finely carved with a bulbous centre grip flanked by a frieze of leafy flowers in openwork within beaded borders and eight prongs at each end joining at their tips around a central post, each prong issuing from lotus leaves above pierced beads, 12.5 cm in length.
