A large and rare Chinese Shoushan Dong seal, of square-form, surmounted with a well-carved muscular, crouching dragon, or mythical horned beast, with curled tail, striped belly, talons and fangs, with an inscription incised to one side, the seal chop face carved in relief to the base with archaic seal script, the amber-coloured stone with a smooth finish, 8 cm x8 cm x13 cm.
