A pair of sterling silver Queen Victoria diamond Jubilee commemorative pepperettes, 1897 London, with makers' marks for James Garrard (Royal silversmith). Designed as hexagonal covered fonts in the Gothic manner and bearing the cypher of Queen Victoria 1837-1897, and the arms of the Worshipful Company of Salters; hallmarked to base and lids. Silver weight 391gr. Height 13 cm
