A silver plated and crystal claret jug, with maker's marks for the Whitehill Silver & Plate Co, the Art Nouveau styled jug of compressed bulbous form with a broad straight body, acid etched with an iris motif, the mounts, 'C' form handle and domed lid and finial similarly decorated with trailing iris and leaves in low relief; stamped marks to the mount. Height 28 cm
