Showa period, mid 20th century, the ovoid pot with a broad neck and ruffled rim, raised on three scrolling feet, with bracket handles with ribbon motifs and a domed lid with temple dog finial, decorated in deep bottle green, russet and gilt moriage enamel upon a cream ground.
