A large 19th century fine Chinese watercolour on paper of an emperor seated upon his throne, he wears a dark blue dominant robe with elaborate finely detailed cuffs and borders with a dragon and green highlights, he wears a long strand of beads holding one to his left hand, a large panel around his neck highlighted with a green bird below a green entwined knot form, the floral decorated base dominated by green tones with florals in soft red, blue and lilac, gilt highlights, some distress and damage, the fine paper framed by a gold patterned silk, approx. 128 cm x 80 cm image size, rolled as a scroll with hardwood ends.
