A fine Sevres cup and saucer, probably 1760, with decorator's mark possibly Morin. Superbly decorated with a portrait medallion of Louis XVI within a gilded and patterned border, the saucer with a roundel depicting the Sevres mark in swags of roses and other flowers, upon a rich bleu celeste ground decorated with floral gilt embellishments; with Sevres mark, date and decorator's marks. Bowl height 4 cm. Diameter 14.5 cm. Cup height 7.5 cm
