A Meissen reticulated bird bowl & three matching plates, probably Dresden, 19th century and after. The lozenge shaped bowl with vegetal handles and feet, decorated with fantastic coloured birds to shaped reserves, the bowl with an old lead staple repair and crossed sword marks; the three plates bearing underglaze Augustus Rex marks. Plate diameter: 21 cm
