A Georgian secretaire bookcase, early 19th century, of generous proportions, having an architectural pediment with a pair of navette shaped astragal doors above an extended lower section with a fall front fitted drawer and three further drawers below, all with swing handles on brass plates and raised on splayed bracket feet, beautifully detailed with cross banding and restrained satinwood and ebony stringing throughout.
