A pair of octagonal pierced sterling silver sugar casters, 1721-22 London, two date marks and makers marks absent, each of traditional pillar form with a globular base, pedestal foot and tiered finial, finely engraved and wriggleworked with repeat patterns of anthemion, scrolls, fleur de lys and strapwork, crisply hallmarked underside to lower section only. Silver weight 370gr. Height 15 cm
