An Indian bone elephant, 20th century, segmented bone pieces over wood, finely etched features, with solid tusks, the body covering is carved with Chinese style motifs, in red and black and a dragon chasing flaming pearl detail, standing in walking pose on a rectangular pedestal, repaired, one small chip to back corner of pedestal. Height 39 cm. Length 41 cm
