A Chinese gilt and copper red enameled porcelain bowl, raised on a short foot with wide rim, painted to exterior to show lotus blossoms and scrolling vines, with Shen de Tang Zhi four character mark to base in iron red, Daoguang period (1821-1850). Shen de Tang is the 'Hall of Prudent Virtue', the main residence of the Daoguang Emperor that was completed at the Imperial Palace in 1831.
