A late Qing Dynasty Manchu ivory and blue glass court or Mandarin necklace the primal necklace consisting of (now) 106 pierced foliate carved ivory beads divided into four sections by three blue glass large beads and two blue glass anchor beads, with three 'Counting Strands' attached, each comprising two five-blue glass beads segments plus a drop blue glass bead. Length 168 cm. Sold with a same period blue glass oblong toggle bead. Length 4.2 cm
