A commemorative medallion on chain, the 18ct yellow gold curblink necklace hung with a 22ct gold medallion inscribed '50TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE DISCOVERY OF THE TOMB OF TUTANKHAMUN IN THE VALLEY OF THE KINGS AT THEBES, EGYPT BY HOWARD CARTER & LORD CARNARVON 26TH NOV 1922' with a raised profile of Tutankhamon to the reverse. The medallion marked 22ct with British assay marks. The mount with maker's mark G.W.W. and stamped 750 with Italian hallmarks
