A 19th century Chinese yellow ground large vase the yellow glaze crackled throughout with a fine network of superficial lines, the exterior surface textured with two five-clawed Imperial green dragons in pursuit of the jewel of omnipotence, amidst scrolls of clouds and forked flames. Tao-kuang mark. On original wood stand. Height 28.5 cm.
