A Victorian burr walnut cylinder desk, 19th century, the cylinder pedestal desk with a timber gallery having a frieze drawer opening to reveal a fitted compartment with a hinged leather writing plane, a series of birch decorated drawers and arched pigeon holes, the two pedestals each with three drawers of graduating depth with turned timber handles to plinth bases, with cross banding and satinwood stringing throughout. Height 105 cm. Width 120 cm. Depth 161 cm
