A signed antique ivory okimono of a Samurai carrying a bell, Meiji period, later 19th century, the finely carved tea stained figure of a suited samurai with a fearsome expression, carrying a large ceremonial bell and various implements over his shoulder, jewelled to the bell and costume with mother-of-pearl and abalone shell; signed to a red cartouche underside.
